Bueno, el Miércoles pasado me hice acreedor de un six pack de Buzz Cola (el refresco de los Simpson). Cambiando de tema y hablando un poco de gaming eh estado jugando un MMO que se llama Darkness and Light, muy divertido a mi parecer, mi pequeño review es que lo jueguen si quieren probarlo. mide poco y es ligero y claro esta que es gratis, no es Open Source y no corre en cedega, pero es bueno. Para empezar dan un servicio 3er mundista en lo que a ISP's se trata como la vez que se fue la señal de DSL, y hablo para decirles que el nodo de Jalisco estaba muy lento, y para preguntarles que si por que fregados nos estaban redirigiendo a mexicali, supongo que a alguien se le ocurrio hacer las pruebas en ora pico, yo ubiera preferido que separaran las conexiones del norte del pais a monterrey directo y las del sur a Jalisco no que nos traen para arriba y para abjao, la siguiente imagen es una descripcion de como estaba la red funcionando
La que sigue era mi idea de triangulación. solo que los de prodigy nunca contestaron el teléfono (???) se supone que es la compañía de teléfonos, la cual tiene mas del 95% de la poblacion con servicio y suena ocupado XD.
Otra queja viene cuando fui a reparar la red de la oficina de mi mama. pues vaya sorpresiva imagen que me lleve cuando vi que los de prodigy pusieron 2 lienas de internet distintas totalmente separadas para una sola oficina (ZOMG) y compraron un ruteador no inalámbrico (MOAR ZOMG), y para colmo dos switches de 5 puertos para una red de 20 computadoras, claro esta que unas computadoras no entraban en la red. también otra cosa que me fije fue la maraña de cable CAT 5 (no Cat5e) pelón que estaba colgando de una pared de la oficina (el exterior cabe mencionar).
Para acabar con buenas noticias informo que ya recivi y entregue el cartucho de Ultimate Jump Start y el Manga de Megatokio para que nuestro amigo Alex los pueda disfrutar en sus vacaciones de verano. Solo queda esperar mas información que postear, no se pierdan algún tutorial, y comenten ha cerca de que tutirial les gustaría que posteara (No windows Allowed Onegai).
